Introduction
The essential component of an electronically controlled vehicle is the Engine Controller Unit (ECU), which constantly monitors and controls engine activities. ECUs evaluate and calculate the air-fuel mixture ratio and engine ignition advance angle using data from several sensors, including the MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, air temperature sensor, oxygen sensor, and others. They monitor and control the engine's fuel supply, fuel injection timing, ignition closing angle, engine idle operation, and other vehicle accessory systems in real time to ensure the highest energy conversion rate.
ECUs have complicated structures and are exposed to hostile conditions during operation, necessitating specialized protection. For example, because the heat dissipation of the controller's electronic components causes rapid temperature variations in the working environment, venting items that not only disperse heat but also equalize pressure are required.
The specific standards for venting products are as follows:

3.Long-term heat resistance.
4.Resistant to salt fog corrosion.
