Introduction
The engine control unit (ECU) is the core component of an electronically controlled vehicle, which monitors and controls the normal operation of the engine at all times. Based on the data input from multiple sensors such as the intake pressure sensor, throttle position sensor, air temperature sensor, and oxygen sensor, the ECU detects and calculates the air-fuel mixture ratio and the engine ignition advance angle, and monitors and controls the engine's fuel supply, injection timing, ignition shut-off angle, engine idling, and other vehicle auxiliary systems in real time to maintain the best energy conversion rate.
ECU has a complex structure and a harsh working environment, which requires special protection. For example, due to the heat dissipation of the controller's electronic components, the temperature in the working area changes frequently, so a breathable product is needed to dissipate heat and balance pressure.
