Sensor Adhesive Vents

SR Sensor Adhesive Vents is a self-adhesive ePTFE membrane product. The product adjust the sensor close case internal environment pressure through control opening breath. And prevent water, dust, oil, etc into the electronic sensors, Protection rate IP66 / IP68 . SR Sensor Adhesive Vents using high viscosity acrylic/silicone adhesive, make the product solid glue on the surface of the case , airflow through the exchange among products without glue area, protection of electronic sensor seal integrity, improve the service life of electronic sensors.

SR Sensor Adhesive Vents use ePTFE membrane as the core, covering PP, PET non-woven fabric as the supporting material, improve the strength of ePTFE membrane. SR Sensor Adhesive Vents in accordance with UL 746C f1, 94VTM-0. Can be used for a long time outdoor. The service life is 20-25 years.

This ePTFE membrane has poor roll-off properties, enabling liquid to clog the membrane and reduce airflow.

The SR ePTFE membrane has excellent roll-off properties. Liquid easily drains off the membrane, allowing continuous airflow.
