Sealing is the foundation of waterproofing for electronic devices. Traditionally, designers use potting glue, rubber seal strip, or seal structure to achieve entire product sealing. The sealing procedure is not only complicated, but it also interferes with the proper operation of electronic devices. For example, the sealed cavity cannot release the pressure induced by variations in height, temperature, and volume, causing damage to the chip, sensor, and original seal structure, as well as affecting the operation of acoustic devices in electronic products. As a result, while executing overall sealings, relief routes for ventilation must be allocated for waterproof electrical products and acoustic devices, which have also become the most challenging technical challenge in the waterproof design of the entire machine.
