Introduction

Sinceriend vent plugs can resist surfactant corrosion while allowing air and gas molecules to pass through the membrane, which equalizes pressure, avoids packaging deformation, and prevents industrial chemical leakage during packaging and transportation; this improves product safety, operator safety, and environmental protection.
When membrane and plastic parts are weldable together using ultrasonic or thermal methods, a vent plug is formed. It is ideal for big volume packaging (more than 5L) due to its simple press-fit design, ease of installation, and long service life. It also has an integrated design that maintains tightness and optimum air permeability while protecting contamination from the external environment, resulting in increased reliability.
With world-class technology, a breathable membrane produced by the Sinceriend laboratory for industry-specific products and industrial chemicals' packaging requirements can be combined into the injection molded sections of vent plugs to form standard parts. The models include D10, D15, D17, and D38. Sinceriend also offers custom sizes and shapes for specific requirements.

Key Features

Simple Installation
Features include a long service life and a variety of sizes.
Excellent chemical resistance.
Large air flow and pressure equalization.
Leakproof

Reminder

Make that the vent plug's size matches that of the cap. The product's tightness is determined by its material composition, structural design, the sealing stability of the casing and vent plug, and the physical and chemical properties of the liquid in contact.
Casing material recommendations include PP and PE.
Please avoid direct contact with or pressing against the membrane, as well as contact with hard objects and exposing the membrane to high temperatures. Improper operation may damage the breathable membrane and result in leaks.
