Principle of Vents
In the state of water vapor, the water particles are very fine, and according to the principle of capillary movement, they can smoothly penetrate into the capillary to the other side (in our products, they can pass through the plastic layer in the center), and then vapor permeability occurs. When the water vapor condenses into water droplets, the particles become larger. Due to the effect of the surface tension of the water droplets (the water molecules "pull and compete" with each other), the water molecules cannot smoothly separate from the water droplets and penetrate to the other side, which is to avoid The penetration of water occurs, so that the vapor permeable membrane has the function of waterproofing.
Vent material
The technology of Vents was first introduced from European and American countries. However, the manufacturing process of domestic products is varied, and the quality of products from various manufacturers varies, which fails to form a consistent quality standard. In fact, Vents mainly consist of three layers: PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric, PE polymer breathable film, and PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric. The effect of spunbonded non-woven fabric is mainly to enhance the tensile force and hydrostatic pressure and maintain the central layer (breathable membrane). The real breathability mainly depends on the PE polymer breathable membrane in the central layer.
Price of Vents
The price of Vents mainly consists of raw materials, production process, and equipment investment capital. At present, some domestic manufacturers say that Vents is an auxiliary material, the cost is very low, the price is low, and it is not higher than the main materials such as insulation cotton. This is nonsense. This kind of rhetoric is purely entrapping and misleading consumers. Because these manufacturers do not master the production process of Vents at all, they use very crude film-coated non-woven fabrics or hot-melt adhesive spraying composite non-woven fabric equipment to produce fake and shoddy Vents, misleading consumers with fallacies, in order to achieve the impossible the intention of telling.
