1. Sound quality
Made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE), a material technology with a unique structure that optimizes breathability and equipment reliability. For acoustic applications, we use lightweight and thin membranes for optimal sound transmission. It responds easily and quickly to sound waves, generating vibrations that convert the energy carried by the air into mechanical vibrations. These vibrations are then reproduced on the other side of the membrane, creating a high level of sound quality.
2. Prevent pollution
Products with waterproof and breathable membranes can permanently shield contaminants such as liquids, insects, salt, sand and even dust, protect sensitive electronic components and improve their stability.
3. Reduce condensation
Condensation can damage sensitive electronic equipment. Products incorporating a waterproof breathable membrane allow water vapor to diffuse through the microporous breathable membrane, thus minimizing condensation.
